Rhyan Paul started out as a music photographer & promoter in the mid 90's. In 1995 he moved to Miami where he established the Naive and Future Funk party brands. In 1999 he brought Goldie to the legendary Groove Jet venue on South Beach and produced the Metalheadz WMC parties for the next 5 years. After his return to the UK he took up the combined role of Metalheadz label manager and tour manager to Goldie and Metalheadz.

Feeling the need for a change he moved to Ibiza in 2006 to take up the position of Promotions Director for Amnesia and was the key promoter for Armin Van Burrens weekly Armada parties, which saw a consistent 5000 through the doors each and every week.

2007 saw his return to the UK where he took on the role of Managing Goldie and managing and working alongside other bands and artists including Abraxus, Danny McNamara (Embrace) and The RGBs.

In late 2009 he joined forces with Jo Shotter (Nebula II) to launch the new label imprint - Tektonik Plates, with a publishing arm and sub label Tektonik Beats in the pipeline.
